Last-minute rush marks final day of BSKE voter registration in Mandaue

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Hundreds of residents flocked to a mall in Barangay Ibabao-Estancia, Mandaue City, on Monday, May 18, for the final day of voter registration for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) set on November 2.
