First mobile kitchen in Surigao del Sur boosts disaster response
TANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur — The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of Bislig City formally blessed its newly acquired mobile kitchen on Monday, marking a major addition to the city’s emergency and humanitarian response capabilities.
