SEC eases penalties for late corporate filings until end-2026

MANILA, Philippines – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has suspended the monthly penalties for late or non-filing of reportorial requirements until the end of 2026. The suspension of penalties is in line with Commission’s efforts to help reduce compliance costs for corporations.
