Acting Electoral Commissioner Margaret Vagi has officially withdrawn her application pursuant to Constitution, Section 18 (1) filed in the Supreme Court two months ago challenging the legality of the appointment of Wabag based resident judge Justice Graham Ellis this morning (Monday, May 18, 2026) at the Waigani Supreme Court.
