Roadworks begin on Liepāja highway in Latvia

To improve traffic safety and reduce the number of potential conflict points, construction work has begun on the Liepāja Highway (A9) from Brīvkalni to Klīves (kilometres 0.00–9.9), said Latvian State Roads (LVC).
