A man has died after being struck and trapped beneath a taxi in Tung Chung, marking Hong Kong’s second fatal crash involving a cab in less than a week. The taxi driver was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death after his vehicle collided with the pedestrian, believed to be aged between 60 and 70.
