MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — “Bato, sumuko ka na” — this was the call of Akbayan Youth members as they distributed and plastered “wanted” posters of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa along Kalayaan Avenue in Quezon City on Monday morning, May 18.
