Chinese national held for trespassing at KL International Airport

SEPANG, Malaysia — A foreigner was arrested for trespassing into a restricted security area at the international departure gate of Terminal 1 at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). KLIA OCPD Asst Comm Ravi Munusamy said the suspect, a woman from China, allegedly passed through the autogate security checkpoint on Saturday without a flight ticket. Initial investigations found that the woman had entered Malaysia on April 30, but did not have enough money for a return ticket.
