UP Kalilayan successfully conducted the 2026 edition of the Neil Eria Educational Series (NEEDS) under the theme “TAIB-HIBAS: A Community Outreach for the Dumagat Fisherfolk of Brgy. Dibut, San Luis, Aurora” on May 10, 2026, in Barangay Dibut. The program opened with a communal feast shared with members of the community, featuring freshly caught fish and local dishes prepared by residents.
