VP’s husband sues impeach complainants for causing ‘sleepless nights’

MANILA, Philippines — The alleged former bagman of Vice President Sara Duterte and her impeachment complainants are facing a P7.3 million civil suit after her husband, lawyer Manases Carpio, filed a perjury complaint against them.
