Converge profit held steady at P3B in Q1
MANILA, Philippines – Converge ICT Solutions Inc. maintained its first-quarter profit flat at P3 billion, as resilient residential and enterprise demand helped offset inflationary pressures and the impact of the Middle East crisis. In a disclosure on Wednesday, the Dennis Anthony Uy-led fiber provider said consolidated revenues in the first quarter rose 3.7 percent to P11.2 billion as the impact of the Iran conflict on operations remained “manageable.” Residential revenues climbed 1 percent to P9.23 billion as Converge breached the 3-million subscriber mark for the first time.
