ITCZ to bring rains over Southern Mindanao on Monday – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over southern Mindanao on Monday, May 18, according to the state weather bureau. The ITCZ, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), refers to the cloud clusters that make up a line where winds from the northern and southern hemispheres meet.
