Kherson mayor Kolykhaiev reportedly added to 1,000-for-1,000 POW swap lists

Ihor Kolykhaiev, the legitimate mayor of Kherson who has been held in Russian captivity since 2022, has officially been included on the lists for the planned 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner exchange.
