Israel strikes Lebanon as ceasefire talks collapse into a 'dead end'

BEIRUT: Israel struck eastern and southern Lebanon on Sunday, state media reported, despite a fragile ceasefire as Hizbollah called US-brokered talks between the two countries a “dead end.”
