Planning, spending in Perlis must be carried out with full integrity, says Perlis ruler

ARAU: The Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail has decreed that every state planning and expenditure initiative in Perlis must be carried out with full integrity, prudence and responsibility, while delivering clear and tangible benefits to the people.
