MPS urges government to drop appeal against liquid nicotine ruling

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) has urged the government not to appeal a High Court ruling which found the exemption of liquid and gel nicotine from the Poisons Act 1952 to be irrational and procedurally flawed.
