WHO declares international emergency as Ebola outbreak kills 88 in DR Congo

KINSHASA - An Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo has so far killed 88 people and authorities warn there is no vaccine for the strain in a crisis that the World Health Organization declared an international health emergency on Sunday.
