The Communication Directorate of the Wontumi Campaign has criticised a statement allegedly made by Rosemond Obeng, a presidential staffer, regarding the legal matters of New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi.
