Rail Baltica audit shows more questionable decision-making

An audit report of the Rail Baltica progress provoked sharp debate in the government meeting on Tuesday, 12 May, as it turns out that the project implementer Eiropas Dzelzceļa līnijas (EDzL) has not consulted independent experts in important decision-making, LSM.lv reported.
