Govt raises allocation to RM900mil to build 6,000 new classrooms

IPOH: The government has approved an increased allocation of RM900 million for the construction of 6,000 new classrooms nationwide, up from RM500 million, to address rising demand for school spaces, particularly for Year One pupils.
