MANILA, Philippines — Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa’s reported departure from Senate premises may undermine the legal basis of his urgent motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) before the Supreme Court, election lawyer Romulo Macalintal said on Saturday.
