4th Cebu bridge work set to start, Mandaue eyes 200 families’ relocation
MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — The relocation of around 200 families remains the main concern for Mandaue City as preparations for the 4th Mactan-Cebu Bridge project move forward, with construction activities targeted to begin as early as the second or third quarter of the year. Mayor Thadeo “Jonkie” Ouano said the city was focused on completing the required relocation of affected families as requested by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to clear the right-of-way for the bridge pillar area.
