Baku hosts second solidarity forum of Turkic States NGOs

The Second Solidarity Forum of NGOs from member states of the Organization of Turkic States is set to begin in Baku, organized by the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of Azerbaijan in partnership with the NGO Platform of Turkic states, AzerNEWS reports.
