MANILA, Philippines — Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said Saturday that the Senate refused a subpoena for a copy of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of the Senate shooting incident last Wednesday. In a press conference on Friday, Remulla said he issued the subpoena as part of the shooting incident probe.
