NGCP: Luzon, Visayas grids back to normal after 3 days of alerts
MANILA, Philippines — The Luzon and Visayas grids returned to normal operations on Saturday after three straight days of red and yellow alerts this week, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said.
