PNP-CIDG recalls EJK probe subpoena for Dela Rosa

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) has recalled its subpoena duces tecum for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa in its investigation into alleged extrajudicial killings (EJKs) while he was Davao City and regional police chief. Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Brig. Gen.
