MANILA, Philippines— “Do I still have to smack someone down or body-slam a woman to the floor for it to qualify as wrestling?” Sen.  Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa did not think so, saying that the act of grabbing his arm and him struggling to break free  is “wrestling” for him.
