Pagasa: LPA won't affect PH landmass, unlikely to redevelop into cyclone

MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility will not directly affect any part of the Philippine landmass and is unlikely to redevelop into a tropical cyclone, the state weather bureau said on Saturday.
