Description On May 11, 2026, between 17:30 and 18:00, heavy rain mixed with hail caused flooding and mudslides in Ala-Buka District, Jalal-Abad Oblast. On May 4, 2026, between 17:00 and 18:00, heavy rainfall triggered mudflows from the Kozuchak, Mamatay, Kok-Teke, Kyzyl-Moynok and other streams into the Besh-Таsh rural area of Talas District, Talas Oblast, affecting farmland, internal roads and irrigation canals in Kozuchak, Arashan, and Kum-Aryk villages.
