11-year-old among three fined for vaping in Singapore

SINGAPORE – An 11-year-old was among three people fined for vaping, and a 17-year-old was arrested for a suspected etomidate offense, during an anti-vape enforcement operation in Singapore on April 30. Two males and one female, aged between 11 and 29, were caught and fined on the spot for vaping, said the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) on May 13. Separately, a 17-year-old boy was arrested for a suspected repeat etomidate offense, with his urine testing positive for the drug, said HSA.
