HEAT INDEX WATCH: 44 areas across PH to hit ‘danger’ levels on Saturday
MANILA, Philippines – Forty-four areas across the country are forecast to experience “danger” levels of heat index on Saturday, the state weather bureau said. In its 5 p.m. bulletin on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said eight areas are expected to record the highest heat index at 44°C.
