NCT Alliance unit to acquire stake in Semanja Murni for RM53mil

KUALA LUMPUR: NCT Alliance Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, NCT World Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional share subscription and shareholders’ agreement with shareholders of Semanja Murni Sdn Bhd.
