Asiama wins “Best Male Vocal Performance” at the 27th TGMA

Singer Asiama has won the Best Male Vocal Performance award at the 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards with his debut single Akoma. The song, which was written as a prayer and released in faith, also earned a nomination for Record of the Year at this year’s awards ceremony. The achievement marks a major milestone for the Kumasi-born singer, songwriter, musician and producer, with Akoma serving as his debut single, first award nomination and first major TGMA win.
