Court orders union leader to pay fine or face re-arrest

The Phnom Penh Municipal Court has ordered Morm Rithy, president of the Cambodian Tourism and Service Workers’ Federation (CTSWF) and vice-president of the Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC), to pay a fine of two million riel (about $500) before June 8 or face arrest.
