TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan–Mayor Abraham Bagasin of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan has imposed a temporary ban on swimming in coastal areas after a taekwondo athlete drowned on Monday, May 11. The body of Ramdolph Salbador, 13, was found at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, along the shores of Masisit, Sanchez Mira.
