GEORGE TOWN: A war of words erupted at the state assembly sitting yesterday when Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow engaged in a heated exchange with his predecessor Lim Guan Eng over the Batu Kawan Industrial Park 2 (BKIP2) project.
