MANILA, Philippines (AP) — “There is no obstruction of justice,” Senate President Alan Cayetano said on Thursday, May 14, after Senator Ronald dela Rosa left the Senate’s protective custody. He told a news briefing that he did not see any warrant of arrest from the International Criminal Court (ICC) against dela Rosa and that the senator was free to leave the premises.
