US processes US$35.5bil in refunds for tariffs imposed under IEEPA

ISTANBUL: US authorities have processed about US$35.5 billion in refunds and interest for tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which the Supreme Court later ruled did not authorise the tariffs.
