MANILA, Philippines — The lawyers of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa have filed another manifestation before the Supreme Court to reiterate their urgent request for a temporary restraining order. This move, if granted, will effectively block any attempt to arrest and surrender the lawmaker to the International Criminal Court (ICC), a day after he was able to flee from the Senate premises.
