Ombudsman receives Blue Ribbon flood report

The Office of the Ombudsman has officially received the partial report of the Senate Blue Ribbon committee on the multibillion-peso flood control corruption scheme after Sen. Panfilo Lacson presented the findings through a privilege speech.
