CEBU CITY, Philippines — Region 7 (Central Visayas) virtually ruled the Senior and placed second in the Youth divisions of the National Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) National Games with one day left in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, May 14.
