56 LTO personnel face administrative cases

MANILA, Philippines—The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Thursday said 56 of its officials and employees are facing administrative charges following a widespread “internal cleansing operation” within the agency. Among the cases filed against the agency’s personnel are grave misconduct, serious dishonesty, gross neglect of duty, extortion, and falsification of official documents, among others, the LTO said
