MACC officer tells court initial probe found 'no case' against Guan Eng

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court was told today that initial investigations found insufficient evidence to charge former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng in the case involving the construction of a major road and undersea tunnel project in Penang worth RM6.3 billion.
