Prosecutors to seek pre-trial detention or US$4m bail for Zelenskyy's former chief of staff Yermak

Oleksandr Klymenko, Head of the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), has said during a briefing that prosecutors will ask the court to remand Andrii Yermak, former head of the President's Office, in custody with the option of bail. Yermak has been named as a suspect in a case concerning the construction of the luxury Dynasty housing complex in Kozyn, near Kyiv.
