Description On 31 May at 11pm mid night, the moderate landslide occurred and conitnue to heavy landslide at 12-16pm on 1 June in sub village Ila, BeleCasac Village, Post Administrative Maucatar-Covalima municipality that has impacted to 290 people . CVTL jointly with Civil Protection Authority and Civil Protection Municipality services evacuated 23 people (5 families to the 1 traditional house). based on the observation, mostly 55 houses get damaged and 21 houses totally damaged. CVTL has distributed 55 family kits. As the stock of dignity kits is limited, CVTL branch Covalima will coordinate with NHQ to complete the dignity kits before distribute to affected families. As the impact of Landslide has forced displaced families, and evacuated to other families members and based on the assessment result; families affected urgent needs is temporary shelter. At the same time, continue alert the local leader and community to be aware of the continues landslide might happen.
