Sārts: Latvian reaction to drone incidents could be better

Recent drone incidents and the resignation of Defence Minister Andris Sprūds (Progressives) send a signal to the east that such actions can easily provoke Latvia and that "we currently lack an effective response," said Jānis Sārts, director of NATO’s Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, on the Latvian Radio program "Good Morning."
