Batu Kawan Industrial Park issues settled following PDC, Aspen meeting

GEORGE TOWN: Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and Aspen (Group) Holdings Ltd have agreed to consider all matters relating to the Batu Kawan Industrial Park 2 (BKIP2) request for proposal (RFP) exercise formally closed.
