Constitutional Court rules Jūrmala can't build big house among cottages

The local zoning plan of the Jūrmala City, which allows for the construction of a five-story building at Turaidas Street 10/12 in the summer cottage district, is unconstitutional, the Constitutional Court ruled on 12th May.
