Stinky business shut down in Baldone, Latvia

For years, residents of Baldone have had to put up with a very unpleasant odour caused by a quail farm set up on a neighbour’s property. After receiving numerous complaints, the local government has decided to prohibit the business owner from operating at this location in the future, Zemgale Regional Television reported on June 2.
