Israel, Hizbollah trade blows as diplomats meet in Washington

BEIRUT: Israel and Hizbollah exchanged fire on Tuesday while Lebanese and Israeli diplomats met in Washington for direct talks, with top US diplomat Marco Rubio saying the group was the only impediment to a peace deal.
